We welcome every wellness level to join us as we work together to motivate and increase our physical fitness. Our instructor Evangelist Nelson uniquely designs the activities to provide the best fitness for each body, including strength, cardio, mind-body, and much more.

It's a time to gather as a body and to witness the power and anointing of God through prayer, worship and the 'Word'. This awakening hour is led by our President, Delia Bennett.

What does the Bible say about Baptism?
